What is the size of the envelope?
We ask that the size of your envelope be less than a US Catalog size of 9" x 12". However, a USPS Priority Mail or Overnight mail envelope is acceptable too. (Largest USPS size is a Legal envelope at 9 1/2" x 15")
Does the Artwork have to be original?
It should be an original... you can incorporate others work in yours like collaging or a photograph but you shouldn't just put someone else's drawing on an envelope and claim it as your own without, of course, citing the original artist and the title. Cite your work.
Can I print my work on the envelope?
Some artists strictly work digitally. We encourage you to print your work on the envelope and send it in. Perhaps you could think about hand embellishments.
Adult Content?
We are unable to publish or repost sexually explicit subject matter. A good rule of thumb: If you can't/shouldn't show it to your 6 year old niece, we can't post or publish it. Thank you for understanding.
Who chooses what makes it into the show/publication?
The decision to display pieces is entirely up to the editors of the project. We may not be able to display every piece - thank you for understanding. We will, however, post most of our verified artists on our site. Verified? - You have included a place for us to link your art to i.e. Facebook page, website, twitter, etc.
Do I get my art back?
Sorry. No. We are the recipient of your amazing mail and we are unable to send your envelope back to you. No takebacks :-)
